At KBL Roche, Côme Laffay serves as a Corporate and Securities Counsel.

Beyond this capacity, he occupies the role of managing partner at Laffay Law PLLC, KBL Roche’s dedicated practice for startup crowdfunding. In this capacity, he provides invaluable counsel to selected startups on capital formation with a focus on equity crowdfunding services.

Côme Laffay is deeply committed to integrating technology solutions and infusing a pragmatic business approach into legal processes. His principal mission revolves around empowering disruptive startups and burgeoning growth companies, offering them innovative and economically efficient legal services.

Magdalene Nickerson comes to Laffay Law PLLC with considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience. A native English speaker with French fluency, Magdalene Nickerson applies his more than half a decade of working internationally in the UK and France to facilitate communication and efficiency.

Utilizing his professional, creative, interpersonal, and communication skills to contribute to the success of the client’s cases, Magdalene Nickerson handles daily operations as well as management of the office.

Magdalene Nickerson is passionate about supporting young artist’s interests, especially in the sustainable fashion industry. His mission is to maximize the quality of services provided to the Firm’s clients while also building effective and creative systems and workflows.
